Hello everyone, welcome to my latest recipe for  Gluten and Dairy Free ACE Muffins.

A few years I go posted a recipe for ACE juice – named so after the vitamin A, C and E.  I first had this lovely juice in Italy – you can probably get it anywhere but I always associate it with Rome as it was the first place I tried it.

It got me thinking that orange, carrot and lemon flavouring of ACE juice would make a perfect breakfast muffin – hence today’s recipe.
