Gluten and Dairy Free Neapolitan Milkshake

Serves 1 large or 2 small milkshakes

Ingredients

For the banana layer:

  • 60ml dairy free milk
  • 1 frozen banana

For the Chocolate Layer: 

  • 60ml dairy free milk
  • 2 tablespoon dairy free natural yoghurt
  • 1 teaspoon cocoa powder
  • 1 teaspoon honey or maple syrup

For the strawberry layer:

  • 60ml dairy free milk
  • 3 tablespoons frozen strawberries

Directions

  1. Place the banana and milk in a blender, blitz until smooth
  2. Pour into a glass and place in the freezer for 10 minutes
  3. Place the ingredients for the chocolate layer in a blender, blitz until smooth
  4. Carefully pour on top of the banana layer and return to the freezer for 10 minutes
  5. Blend together the milk and strawberries
  6. Pour carefully on top of the chocolate layer
  7. I topped mine with some whipped coconut cream and a drizzle of dairy free chocolate sauce
