Gluten and Dairy Free Cajun Prawns

  • 150 g prawns peeled and prepped
  • 150 g smoked pork sausage many brands are gluten free
  • 1 chicken breast
  • 1 onion Diced
  • 1 pepper Diced
  • 1 tsp cajun seasoning
  • 1 garlic clove minced
  • 1 tsp oregano


  • Add a drizzle of olive oil to a large shallow pan over a medium heat
  • Saut√© the garlic, onion, pepper and chicken for 5 minutes
  • Add in the prawns and smoked sausage and cook for a couple of minutes
  • Stir in the Cajun seasoning and oregano
  • Season to taste
  • Cook for another minute or until the chicken is ready
  • Serve with some crispy potatoes or rice
