Hello everyone, my latest recipe is for Gluten and Dairy Free Naan Bread. One of my lovely followers on Facebook asked if I had a recipe for naan bread, so Kim Skinner this recipe is for you.
I absolutely love Indian food and I’m lucky that my local has a lot of gluten and dairy free options. They can do all sorts of gluten and dairy free sides but I always miss a naan bread.
I’ve had a go at making my own and was pleased with the results.

Naan Bread (Gluten & Dairy Free)
If you are on a special diet you don't need to miss out. Try my recipe for Gluten and Dairy Free Naan Bread.
In a large bowl stir together the sugar, yeast and water, leave for 5 minutes. Add the flour, salt, dairy free spread and yoghurt.
Knead by hand for about 5 minutes. Cover the bowl with cling film and leave to rise for 45 minutes.
Knead gently then divide into 2 balls. Drizzle a little olive oil in a frying pan and cook the naan breads for about 3 minutes on each side on a high heat.
I served them hot with a little dairy free spread melted on top and sprinkled with coriander leaves
