Hello everyone, welcome to my latest recipe for  Gluten and Dairy Free Flourless Chewy Chocolate Cookies.

These cookies are soft and chewy but more importantly they are naturally dairy and gluten free. A great recipe to use up your left over egg whites if you’ve just made the gluten and dairy free ravioli recipe in the previous post!

Servings: 6



  1. Preheat the oven to 150 oC

  2. Whisk the egg whites until fluffy peaks form

  3. Add in the caster sugar, cornflour, cinnamon and cocoa powder

  4. Beat until well combined

  5. Pipe large circles of the mix onto a baking sheet lined with baking parchment

  6. Bake in the centre of the oven for 20 minutes

  7. Remove from the oven and allow to cool before serving
