Gluten and Dairy Free Apple & Pomegranate Porridge

Serves 1


  • 50g gluten free porridge oats
  • 350ml water or dairy free milk
  • 1 teaspoon maple syrup
  • 1 apple, peeled, cored and grated
  • 1 tablespoon pomegranate seeds


  1. Mix the oats, milk or water, grated apple and maple syrup in a small saucepan
  2. Bring to the boil and simmer for 4-5 minutes
  3. Pour into a bowl and top with the pomegranate seeds and a some extra sliced apple (optional)
  4. Serve immediately
