Gluten and Dairy Free Apple Chia Breakfast Bowl

Serves 2



  1. Cut 2 of the apples into quarters and place in the blender with the maple syrup, cinnamon and milk
  2. Blitz until smooth
  3. Pour into a tub
  4. Stir in the chia seeds
  5. Finely chop the remaining apple and stir through
  6. Refrigerate overnight
  7. Divide between two bowls and top with the sultanas and cashew nuts
