Italian Apple Tart (Gluten & Dairy Free)
Description
A beautiful apple cake which can be served either hot or cold
Ingredients
Instructions

Preheat the oven to 18o oC

Grease and line a 9" springform tin

Core all three apples, slice one into wedges and cube the other two

Place the apple wedges in the base of the tin

In a large bowl beat together the eggs, sugar, spread, milk, flour, and zest until it forms a batter

Stir in the other two diced apples
-
Pour this mixture over the apples in the cake tin
-
Bake in the centre of the oven for 55 minutes

Remove from the oven and invert onto a plate
-
Serve either hot or cold
