Hello everyone, today’s recipe is special and is for my Grandma’s Rock Buns.
This recipe is adapted to make it gluten and dairy free from my Grandma’s original recipe. I used to make them for my Grandma when I was child and baking these now always makes me think of her.

Grandma’s Rock Buns (Gluten & Dairy Free)
Ingredients
Instructions

Preheat the oven to 180 oC

In a large bowl add the flour
-
Rub in the dairy free spread
-
Stir in the sugar and sultanas
-
Add the egg and milk to form a sticky dough
-
Divide the mixture into 6 buns and place on a baking sheet
-
Bake in the centre of the oven for 25 minutes

Remove from the oven and allow to cool before serving
