Hello everyone, today’s recipe is for Crispy Onion Rings.
Gluten free onion rings are always tricky to find – Tesco sometimes have them in the frozen free from section but my store has hadn’t them for a while. The other place I used to enjoy a good gluten free onion ring was Honest Burger but given the current pandemic I’m not travelling up and down to London.
I decided to have a go at making them myself – the trick is to get the right balance between onion and batter. I was pleased with how they turned out and would definitely make them again for a treat.
