For the brownies:
For the cheesecake:
Instructions

Preheat the oven to 180 oC

To make the brownie, melt the dairy free chocolate and spread together in a bowl in the microwave

Stir in the sugar, egg, xanthan gum, milk and flour

Stir in the raspberries

Make the cheesecake layer by mixing together the cream cheese, caster sugar, eggs and vanilla

Place alternate spoonfuls of cheesecake and brownie into a greased 8" square pan

Swirl with a knife until marbled

Bake for 30 minutes

Remove from the oven and cool completely in the tin

Chill in the fridge for 2 hours then slice into squares
