Hello everyone, my latest recipe is a new lunch idea for a Gluten and Dairy Free Chorizo, Tomato and Spinach Pasta Salad. I think I’ve said this a few times but I think finding new gluten and dairy free lunch ideas is tricky. Especially now during lockdown when I need to think of lunches which are easy to prep between meetings. This recipe can be made ahead and then assembled in a couple of minutes when you are ready to eat it.
You my have noticed that the website looks a bit different. Over the next few months I’ll be doing a lot of work behind the scenes to make sure that I update the tech. Don’t worry it won’t change any links you currently have to old recipes. When it is finished there will be updated recipe cards and one page that will hold the post and the recipe rather then you having to click through. I’m also building a proper taxonomy that will allow you to search better and filter recipes based on cuisine, season, ingredient, course and time. This is a significant project and I only have weekends to work on the website so it will take me a while. Really excited to see what it looks like when complete as it is long overdue a makeover.

Chorizo, Tomato and Spinach Pasta Salad (Gluten & Dairy Free)
Gluten and Dairy Free Chorizo, Tomato and Spinach Pasta Salad is a perfect recipe for lunch or for a light summer dinner
Mix together the paprika, dairy free natural yoghurt, mayonnaise and olive oil
Stir in the chorizo, gluten free pasta, sun dried tomatoes, chives and spinach
Season with salt and pepper
Divide between two bowls and serve
