Hello everyone, looking for a new baking recipe then try out my Gluten and Dairy Free Chocolate and Ginger Loaf. I’ve made this cake with some grated stem ginger and a little of the syrup from the stem ginger so it is packed with flavour. I popped a slice of this in the microwave for 20 seconds and served it with a scoop of dairy free vanilla ice cream.
I have a few new baking ideas I’m working on recipes for including strawberry milkshakes cupcakes and cherry cheesecake brownies. Hopefully you will see recipes appearing for them soon.
