Hello everyone, welcome to my latest recipe for Gluten and Dairy Free Brandy Butter Chocolate Fudge.
I’m super excited to share my first Christmas recipe with you. I’ve spent this weekend making my Christmas pudding, this fudge and a new chocolate liqueur recipe. I also started my Christmas shopping so starting to feel festive – I think its allowed as it is now officially December.
This fudge is really easy to make – it only has a few ingredients and you don’t need anything fancy like sugar thermometers or stuff like that.
I purchased the dairy free coconut condensed milk online – it is made by Nature’s Charm. One small can of it will make this fudge and also the dairy free chocolate liqueur recipe which is coming later this week.
The fudge would make a perfect Christmas gift or as a lovely thank you for having me present when you go visiting.
