Hello everyone, welcome to my latest recipe for Gluten Free and Dairy Free Caramel Apple Waffles.
I’m on the train to Exeter this morning and typing up my final recipe of the week and preparing the three recipes I’ve picked out to share with you all next week.
After that it will be into December and I’ll start uploading some Christmas/wintertime recipes. I’m thinking I’ll share my recipes for my Bailey’s Almande dark chocolate cheesecake, my cinnamon and raisin sour dough and maybe how to make stuffing. You can tell I’m on the train and definitely in planning mode.

Caramel Apple Waffles (Gluten Free, Dairy Free)
For the waffles:
For the apples:
Stir together the flour, cinnamon and sugar in a large bowl
Whisk in the egg and milk until you have a smooth batter
Heat up the waffle iron
Cook for 5 minutes or until golden brown
Place the apples, dairy free spread, cinnamon and brown sugar into a shallow pan over a medium heat
Cook for about 5 minutes or until the apples are soft
Serve on top of the waffles
