Hello everyone, welcome to my latest recipe for Gluten Free and Dairy Free Coconut Yoghurt Chia Seed Pudding.

I didn’t really make any serious New Year’s resolutions but I do find January a great time to take stock of what I currently do and how I want to improve it over the year.  This time I’m taking a more structured approach to how I plan  my recipes for the year and I want to spend more time writing my blog posts.  I don’t tend to share much more in them than this is today’s recipe so I’ll try and make them a bit more exciting this year.

Final post of the week is coconut yoghurt chia seed pudding which also happens to be vegan as well.  My favourite type of dairy free yoghurt is coconut yoghurt as it has the creaminess of dairy yoghurt.  This little pot is the perfect breakfast to prep ahead if you are having a busy week.  You can also change the fruit to whatever you like for the topping.

Coconut Yoghurt Chia Seed Pudding (Gluten Free, Dairy Free)

Difficulty: Beginner Prep Time 10 min Rest Time 4 hour Total Time 4 hrs 10 mins Servings: 2 Best Season: Suitable throughout the year



  1. Mix together the coconut yoghurt, dairy free milk, maple syrup and chia seeds

  2. Divide between two glasses and refrigerate overnight

  3. Top with the mandarin oranges
