Morning everyone, welcome to my latest breakfast recipe for Gluten Free and Dairy Free Peach Blueberry Smoothie Bowl.

I love the colours in this lovely breakfast bowl – they remind me of the type of colours that I would be attracted to if I was clothes shopping!  Purple is my favourite colour and I can be guilty of having too much purple – handbag, nails, clothes, you get the picture.

This smoothie bowl is easy to make – because you make the pale green layer first you don’t even have to bother with washing the blender before you make the pretty purple layer.  I went simple with this smoothie bowl and just topped it with a few fresh blueberries.  As always you can top with anything you like – I usually stick to some sort of gluten free granola and fruit combo.

I have one more smoothie bowl recipe to share before I head into the warming breakfast bowls I tend to favour as the mornings get darker and the weather gets colder.

Peach Blueberry Smoothie Bowl (Gluten Free, Dairy Free)

For the peach layer:

For the blueberry layer:

Instructions

  1. Place all the ingredients for the peach layer into a blender and blitz until smooth

  2. Pour into a bowl

  3. Make the blueberry layer by blitzing in a blender

  4. Pour into the middle of the bowl with the peach layer
