Welcome to my latest festive recipe for this Gluten and Dairy Free Chocolate Liqueur.

This week I’m making my one of my favourite Christmas recipes for this chocolate liqueur and thought I would share the recipe again.  It is really easy to make and lovely to either hand out as a gift or just enjoy yourself!  I have a friend who is also dairy free and I usually take a bottle of this along to his Christmas party.

If you are a fan of cream liqueur drinks then there are a few on the market you can buy.  Bailey’s Almande is a good shout and Marks and Spencer do a chocolate and coconut cream liqueur.  My friend’s mum freezes shots of espresso into ice cube trays and serves them in her Bailey’s – it works amazing in the Bailey’s Almande as well.
