Hello everyone, welcome to my latest recipe for Gluten and Dairy Free 2 Ingredient Fudge.
Hope you are all having a good weekend. Luckily the weather has been cold but sunny I’ve been able to get outside for a bit. Probably like a lot of people, I spend far too much time at home now. I’m either at the kitchen table on the laptop working from home or on the couch on the laptop working on the website.
I wanted to share a sweet treat recipe with you this week so I’ve made this chocolate fudge. It is so easy to make – I literally put it together in 10 minutes while I was chatting on the phone last night. It does take an hour or so to set but the prep and cooking time is so quick.
I’ve talked a few times about coconut condensed milk – I buy it online and usually use the Nature’s Charm brand. I’ve used dairy free dark chocolate to make this recipe as I didn’t want it to be too sweet. It will work with dairy free milk chocolate if you aren’t a fan of dark chocolate.
