Hello everyone, welcome to my latest recipe for Gluten Free and Dairy Free Farmhouse Chicken Soup. It is really starting to feel like Autumn now so it is definitely time for me to start sharing a few new soup recipes.
This recipe is really easy to put together – I made it last weekend for a tasty lunch. It has a base of mushrooms, pancetta, chicken, onion and garlic. Combined with a rich chicken stock, some chopped tomatoes and a splash of dairy free cream.

Farmhouse Chicken Soup (Gluten Free, Dairy Free)
Heat the olive oil in a large saucepan over a medium heat
Add in the pancetta, chicken, onion, garlic, chilli flakes and mushrooms
Saute for 8 minutes
Pour in the chopped tomatoes and stock
Bring to the boil and simmer gentley for 15 minutes
Stir in the dairy free cream, oregano and seasoning
Heat for a couple of minutes and serve
