Hello everyone, my new baking recipe is for this delicious Gluten Free and Dairy Free Strawberry Choc Chip Banana Bread. I know banana bread is one of the most popular recipes for people to try baking at home. To make it a little different I’ve added in some chopped strawberries and a few dairy free chocolate chips.
This recipe also works well with raspberries and cherries if you have them to hand easier than strawberries.

Strawberry Choc Chip Banana Bread (Gluten Free, Dairy Free)
Preheat the oven to 180 oC and line a 900g loaf tin
Cream the dairy free spread and sugar together until light and fluffy
Add the eggs, beating well between each addition
Mash the bananas and add to the mixing bowl
Add in the dry ingredients and mix well
Gently fold in the strawberries and the dairy free chocolate chips
Pour the cake mix into the cake tin and bake in the oven for 60 minutes
Remove from the oven and the loaf tin and allow to cool before slicing
