Hello everyone, welcome to my latest recipe for this Gluten and Dairy Free Caramelised Onion Sausage Sandwich. A simple recipe but a perfect treat for a lazy Sunday morning. You can find a shop bought chutney that is gluten free or have a go at making your own version. I’ve included a link below to my tomato and chilli chutney.
Its been a wee while since I posted my last recipe as I’ve been on holiday. I can assure you I’ve spent a bit of time working on some new and exciting recipes for the website. I’ll get them photographed and shared with you over the coming weeks.

Caramelised Onion Sausage Sandwich (Gluten Free, Dairy Free)
Add the olive oil to a shallow pan over a medium heat and cook the sausages, about 15 minutes
While the sausages are cooking add the onion, tomatoes and chutney into a small pan over a low heat
Sandwich together the sausages and chutney mix with the gluten free bread
