Hello everyone, today’s recipe is for gluten free and dairy free Breakfast Oat and Berry Smoothie Bowl.
This recipe is a perfect summer alternative to the winter favourite of porridge. The frozen fruit and oats make this a super quick and filling smoothie, a perfect start to any sunny morning.
I’m in Iceland next week so my uploads my not be as frequent as usual – very wifi dependant! I’ll also put up a post of what gluten and dairy free things I found to eat. I actually have a few travel food guides to upload – might see if I have the time to type them up on the flight.

Place the almond milk, oats, banana and frozen berries in a blender and blitz until smooth
