Hello everyone, welcome to my latest recipe for Gluten and Dairy Free Chocolate Orange Tarts.
Hope you are all staying safe and getting used to your new routines. It took me a couple of days to settle into working at home but after two weeks it’s quickly become the normality.
It’s funny how much my recipes change from the original idea. When I first envisaged this tart it was dark chocolate and ginger but turned out to be chocolate orange instead. Unfortunately when I went to make the tart I didn’t have any gluten free ginger biscuits or stem ginger – both key ingredients and hence the change to chocolate orange.  That’s definitely the theme to my cooking just now – making do with the bits and pieces I’m lucky to get in my Tesco delivery.
