Hello everyone, welcome to my latest recipe for Gluten Free and Dairy Free Chicken Fricasse.

I made this chicken fricassee last month when my parents were through visiting.  Apart from a small amount of gluten free flour required to thicken the sauce the rest of the ingredients are naturally gluten free.

This was actually the dinner that my parent’s had at their wedding almost 50 years ago!  My mum shared this story but to be honest I think my dad was oblivious to it all.
