Instructions

Saute the beef, pancetta, mushrooms, onion and garlic for 10 minutes over a medium heat

Place in a slow cooker with tomato puree, seasoning, paprika, rosemary, nutmeg, red wine and beef stock

Cook on low for 6 hours

Place in a large pan over a medium heat

Pour in the cornstarch and water

Cook until thickened

Serve with potatoes and vegetables
