  1. Saute the beef, pancetta, mushrooms, onion and garlic for 10 minutes over a medium heat
  2. Place in a slow cooker with tomato puree, seasoning, paprika, rosemary, nutmeg, red wine and beef stock
  3. Cook on low for 6 hours
  4. Place in a large pan over a medium heat
  5. Pour in the cornstarch and water
  6. Cook until thickened
  7. Serve with potatoes and vegetables
