Hello everyone, welcome to my simple lunch idea for Gluten and Dairy Free Pitta Pizzas. If you liked the idea of my Homemade Pizza Sauce (Gluten Free, Dairy Free) recipe I shared recently then this is the perfect recipe to try it out.
Gluten and dairy free pizza can be really expensive to buy. I do enjoy making my own but it can take a little bit of time. If you are in a rush then these quick little pitta pizzas are perfect for lunch. You could also serve them with some fries and a salad for an easy week night dinner.

Preheat the oven to 180 oC

Lay the pitta breads on a baking sheet and top with the pizza sauce

Sprinkle on the grated dairy free cheese, chopped onion, ham slices and oregano

Bake in the oven for 12 minutes
