Hello, welcome to my latest recipe for this easy Gluten and Dairy Free Mango Lassi. I’ve keep it simple with fresh mango, dairy free yoghurt, a squeeze of lime juice, a little maple syrup to sweeten things and a good pinch of cardamom.
You can make this recipe ahead of time and store in the fridge for a day or so until you are ready to enjoy it. I know it probably isn’t traditional but I quite enjoy this as at breakfast time with a little side of gluten free granola.

Mango Lassi (Gluten Free, Dairy Free)
Place the mango flesh, dairy free natural yoghurt, maple syrup, lime juice and cardamom in a blender
Blitz until smooth
Pour into two glasses and add ice
