Hello everyone, welcome to my simple guide on how to make Mimosas.

I’ve been really grateful for the back garden over the last few months of lockdown and have used it more in those months than I have in the five years I’ve lived here.

Today’s recipe is perfect for a relaxing brunch eaten out in the sun.  I’m not really sure I can call it a recipe as it is just pouring two drinks into a glass – it is more of an inspiration if you are looking for a little treat.

All of this week’s recipe are all very summary from the lemon and lime tart to the cheese and tomato salad.  Perfect recipes for enjoying out in the sunshine.  Fingers crossed this weather lasts for a few more weeks.
