Hello everyone, welcome to my latest recipe for Gluten Free and Dairy Free Turkey Chilli Nachos.
I’ve survived my first week back at work after Christmas and I’m celebrating with a lazy night in. At the moment I’m binge watching Mad Men and enjoying a dairy free Bailey’s Almande with espresso ice cubes.
When I started the website years ago everything was brand new to me including social media. It wasn’t something I had used at all and it still kind of baffles me a bit if I’m honest. I have seen a really large spike in Pinterest in the last few weeks – and I’m not sure why. My pins usually get a couple of hundred clicks but in the last ten days or so have been averaging thousand – my smoothie bowl post is sitting at 78,000 at the moment. I’ll enjoy it while it lasts which probably won’t be long.
Hopefully you haven’t eaten too much turkey at Christmas and are still in the mood for a new turkey recipe. I’ve made my favourite turkey chilli as the base for this nachos recipe.
