Hello everyone, welcome to my latest recipe for Gluten and Dairy Free Chocolate Orange Cookies. When I made these cookies I swithered about whether they should have a chocolate or vanilla base. Given my last Black Forest Cookies (Gluten Free, Dairy Free) were loaded with chocolate I decided to use a vanilla base this time. You can make these more chocolaty by substituting 20g of the gluten free flour with cocoa powder.
