Hello everyone, welcome to my latest recipe for Gluten Free and Dairy Free Tamari Chicken Stir Fry.

Hope you all had a lovely Easter weekend.  I had a great mixture of spending time with family, focusing on the website, doing a bit of shopping and just generally chilling out.

I’ve figured out my recipes for the next few weeks and I’ve got a real mix coming up from chai spiced apple turnovers to a simple pasta dish you can make in one pot.

I’ve noticed that I tend to post a lot of recipes in a bowl – doesn’t seem to matter if it is breakfast, lunch or dinner.  Today’s recipe is no exception and is for a beautiful big bowl of tamari chicken.  The sauce takes minutes to make  just simmering together a few ingredients and then stirring through your cooked chicken, vegetables and rice.
