Hello everyone, I’ve been in the kitchen making Gluten and Dairy Free Churros. This is actually a really old recipe so I decided to rephotograph them last time I made churros for dessert. I love churros and last time I was in Spain, pre-COVID, I happy to find you could get them gluten free.

I quite often make proper Spanish Hot Chocolate. It is really easy to make it dairy free and you can find my recipe here: Gluten and Dairy Free Spanish Hot Chocolate. The thicker consistency of this drinking chocolate makes it perfect for dipping your churros in.
