Hello everyone, welcome to my latest recipe for Gluten Free and Dairy Free Breakfast Banana Split.
I’m always after some new ideas for breakfast that are interesting but easy to make as most of the time I’m in a rush. This simple little dish is based on a banana split (I do have a recipe for the traditional version on the site as well).
I’ve topped my split banana with dairy free coconut yogurt, raspberries, strawberries and a sprinkle of gluten free granola. I’ve then finished it off with a drizzle of my favourite peanut butter.

Breakfast Banana Split (Gluten Free, Dairy Free)
Have pudding for breakfast with this healthy take on banana splits
Cut the banana in half lengthways and place on a plate
Top with the yogurt, strawberries and raspberries
Sprinkle on the granola and drizzle with peanut butter
