Hello everyone, welcome to my latest recipe for Gluten and Dairy Free Caramel Chocolate Eggs.

Happy Easter – for the first time in ages I’m actually off on Easter weekend.  It is my Mum’s 70th  birthday so we are all getting together for a family dinner out at a local Italian restaurant.  I’m looking forward to a great gluten free pizza.

This year for Easter I’ve made these cute little chocolate eggs filled with dairy free caramel.  I got the silicon Easter Egg mould in Hobby Craft – they had them in all shapes and sizes.

If you are missing Creme Eggs you can also find a dairy free recipe for them in the other bits and pieces section of my website.
