Today’s breakfast idea for Smoked Mackerel and Poached Eggs is a bit different but really quick to put together.  When I prepared this for breakfast a couple of weeks ago the smell of the mackerel definitely appealed to Ollie cat.

I’m always on the look out for new breakfast recipes.  I’m not sure why but it is my favourite section in my website and the one I tend to develop most recipes for.  You would think it would be something more exciting like desserts or cakes and cookies but for some strange reason it is breakfast.  I have a few new recipes that I’ll share with you over the coming months including:

  • Breakfast Bars
  • Creamy Orange Smoothie Bowl
  • Breakfast Potato Nachos
  • French Toast Sticks with Spanish Hot Chocolate
  • Scrambled Egg Tacos
