Hello everyone, welcome to my latest recipe for Gluten & Dairy Free Pizza Topped Chicken Burger.

I’m looking into buying a little portable camping stove.  When I was out and about last weekend I had food envy when someone was preparing lunch using one.  Given the amount of outdoor activity we are doing due to COVID restrictions I think this could take my picnics to a whole new level!  I’ve already started thinking of what I could make on our next trip

Today’s recipe is for a tasty new burger – on it’s own it would be perfect for a filling lunch or serve with salad and chips at dinnertime.  I’ve cooked a chicken breast and topped it with pizza sauce, dairy free cheese, pepperoni slices and oregano.

Pizza Topped Chicken Burger (Gluten & Dairy Free)

Servings: 2



  1. Preheat the oven to 180 oC
  2. Season the chicken with salt and pepper
  3. Bake in the oven for 20 minutes or until the juices run clear

  4. Top the chicken with the pizza sauce, dairy free cheese and pepperoni
  5. Return to the oven for 5 minutes

  6. Warm the buns in the oven for a couple of minutes
  7. Place the chicken in the buns and serve
