Hello everyone, welcome to my latest how to guide for a Gluten and Dairy Free Iced Latte with Homemade Cinnamon Syrup.
This warm weather has definitely called for iced lattes. I love my coffee first thing in the morning, I have the full blown barista coffee machine in the kitchen with proper milk frother and everything. It has been so hot that I just didn’t fancy my usual cappuccino.
I’ve pulled together this short article that shows you how to make the cold brew concentrate which forms the base of the latte and also some cinnamon syrup. I do love a flavoured coffee with vanilla and cinnamon being my favourite. A while ago I did have a few bottles of syrup for my coffees but they always seem to last forever and the lid gets all sticky and gross. I’ve started making small batches of coffee syrup that last me for a couple of weeks so I don’t get fed up with them. This syrup recipe is super simple, only takes 5 minutes and you possibly have the ingredients already in the cupboard. Look out for my chocolate version coming soon.
