Morning everyone, welcome to my latest recipe for this delicious Gluten and Dairy Free Pina Colada Smoothie.

All the flavours of a pina colada (coconut milk and pineapple) but without the rum.  I’m definitely not encouraging you to start the day with a cocktail!

However the creamy coconut milk and sweet pineapple juice is a great base for a smoothie.  I’ve added in some frozen banana and mango to give the smoothie extra creaminess.

Just sit back, close your eyes and imagine you are on a sunny beach.  My pineapple logo straw definitely helped make it feel more tropical.  Unfortunately when I had finished drinking it I had to walk up to the train station in a freezing gale force wind.  I didn’t really feel that tropical anymore!
