Hello everyone, welcome to my latest recipe for Gluten Free and Dairy Free Peppermint Creams.

There is nothing better than coffee and mints after a big dinner – especially your Christmas dinner.  If you can’t find any in the shops that are both gluten and dairy free then why not use this recipe to make your own.  They are really easy to make and you can prepare in advance and leave in the fridge until you dip them in the chocolate to finish.

This recipe is also egg free as well.

  1. Beat together the icing sugar, dairy free spread, peppermint extract and dairy free cream
  2. Roll into a tube about 1" in diameter
  3. Wrap in clingfilm and chill for an hour
  4. Cut the peppermint log into thin rounds
  5. Dip into the melted chocolate and then place on a sheet of baking parchment to set
