Hello everyone, welcome to my latest recipe for Gluten and Dairy Free Hot Chocolate Syrup.

I’m super excited by this recipe and I’m always going to have a jar of this in my fridge.  Last summer I made my own cinnamon  syrup for iced lattes and always meant to try a chocolate version.

It obviously slipped my mind and I found it when I was going through my notebook.  I always have a notebook on the go where I write down all my recipes.  This one is nearly full so I’ve been going through it and seeing what ideas I didn’t develop into recipes.  The first I found was for a hot chocolate syrup.

This hot chocolate syrup can be stored in the fridge for a couple of months in an airtight jar.  You can add one tablespoon to dairy free hot milk to make a lovely hot chocolate.  It also makes a delicious mocha adding some to your coffee.
