Hello everyone, my latest recipe is for Gluten and Dairy Free Vanilla Berry Overnight Oats. I’ve just realised how long it has been since I posted a new breakfast recipe. Normally they are my favourite to develop but I haven’t shared on since mid-November when I made a new smoothie bowl.
Today’s recipe is super easy – basically stirring together a couple of ingredients and leaving overnight. The perfect prep ahead breakfast for busy mornings.

Vanilla Berry Overnight Oats (Gluten Free, Dairy Free)
Mix together the gluten free oats and dairy free vanilla yoghurt
Chill in the fridge overnight
Divide between two glasses and top with the berries
