Hello everyone, welcome to my latest recipe for Gluten and Dairy Free Breakfast Rolls.
It is probably a bit cheeky calling this a recipe as it really is just a filled roll. Look at it more as inspiration for your gluten and dairy free breakfast. I made this the other morning and it tasted so good I thought I would share it with you all.

Breakfast Rolls (Gluten Free, Dairy Free)
Ingredients
Instructions

Lightly toast the rolls

Fry the bacon for a couple of minutes on each side or until crisp

Fry the eggs until cooked, about 3 minutes

Spread the mayo on the base of the rolls then add the bacon, egg, tomatoes, ketchup and spinach into each roll
