Hello everyone, my latest breakfast recipe is for this delicious Gluten and Dairy Free Pumpkin Spiced French Toast.

I have a couple of pumpkin pancakes recipes already on my website but wanted to add in a new seasonal breakfast idea. I’ve used my homemade gluten free bread and pumpkin puree to make this french toast.

Pumpkin Spiced French Toast (Gluten Free, Dairy Free)

Difficulty: Beginner Prep Time 5 min Cook Time 5 min Total Time 10 mins Servings: 1 Best Season: Fall



  1. In a shallow bowl whisk together the egg, dairy free milk, pumpkin puree, brown sugar and cinnamon

  2. Heat a drizzle of olive oil in a frying pan over a medium heat

  3. Dip the bread into the egg mixture and place immediately into the frying pan

  4. Cook on each side for a couple of minutes until golden brown

  5. Serve dusted with icing sugar
