Hello everyone, welcome to my latest Halloween inspired recipe for Gluten and Dairy Free Chocolate Spiced Pumpkin Pudding. This would be the perfect dessert to serve if you are having a little Halloween party or on Bonfire night. I topped my chocolate pudding with a couple of toasted marshmallows.

Instructions

  1. Add the sugar, cocoa powder, cornflour, cinnamon and ginger into a saucepan over a medium heat

  2. Gradually pour in the dairy free milk

  3. Stirring continuously, bring to the boil and cook for a couple of minutes or until thick

  4. Remove from the heat and stir in the dairy free spread and pumpkin puree

  5. Divide between 4 small ramekins and chill in the fridge for a couple of hours

  6. I topped mine with a couple of toasted marshmallows
