Hello everyone, welcome to my latest breakfast recipe for this Gluten and Dairy Free Breakfast Berry Taco. I could eat this taco any time of the day but it makes a particularly tasty breakfast.
I’ve got a couple of treat recipes coming up, including my Pumpkin Spiced Cookie Dough and a Bonfire Night Chocolate Pudding, so thought I should share something a little bit healthy today.
I still have a number of my old recipes to add into the new site. I kind of sickened myself of transferring them over so took a little break. I’ve been inspired again recently and have added in another 30. If there is a favourite recipe of yours you can’t find please let me know and I’ll prioritise it or send it across to you.

Breakfast Berry Taco (Gluten Free, Dairy Free)
Heat a frying pan over a high heat
Cook the tortilla for a couple of minutes each side
Spread with the peanut butter
Top with the blueberries, raspberries and strawberries
Sprinkle on a pinch of ground cinnamon and drizzle with the dairy free dark chocolate
