Hello everyone, welcome to my latest recipe for Gluten and Dairy Free Pineapple & Cinnamon Porridge.
Rather annoyingly my much loved iMac that I do all my website and photo editing on is refusing to switch on. It has been taken away to the repair shop – fingers crossed it will be back soon and won’t cost a fortune to fix. Luckily I have a number of photos lurking around that I can use until the computer is back.
Today’s recipe is for this lovely spiced pineapple porridge. Quick and easy to make in the morning for a breakfast that will keep you full until lunchtime. Pineapple & Cinnamon Porridge (Gluten Free, Dairy Free)
Place the oats, 2 tablespoons of crushed pineapple, cinnamon and water/milk in a pan over a medium heat
Bring to the boil and simmer for 4-5 minutes
Remove from the heat
Top with the remaining crushed pineapple and honey
I also added some sultanas, raspberries and walnuts
