Hello everyone, as the weather has been sunny for the last couple of days I thought it was time for a Gluten Free and Dairy Free Iced Salted Caramel Latte. I’m a big fan of iced coffee on the sunny day and like to take the time to make it properly. This recipe includes some simple instructions on how to make your own cold brew coffee. It also has an easy recipe for homemade salted caramel syrup using only four ingredients.
It’s exciting to see things slowly opening back up. I got my haircut for the first time in six months last night. I’m enjoying being back to my normal short hair. If the weather continues to be this sunny I’m hoping to spend some time with my family in the garden for my Mum’s birthday.
