Banana Peanut Granola (Gluten Free, Dairy Free)
Ingredients
Instructions

Preheat the oven to 150 oC

Line 2 baking sheets with tinfoil

In a small saucepan gently heat the coconut oil and honey until melted together and smooth

Stir in the peanut butter and mix until well combined

Remove from the heat

In a large bowl place the oats and cinnamon

Pour the honey mix over the oats

Stir until all the oats are well coated

Spread out the oats between the 2 baking sheets

Bake for 30 minutes, stir every 10 minutes

Remove from the oven and allow to cool

Stir through the peanuts and banana chips
-
Store in an airtight container
