Welcome to my latest recipe for Gluten Free and Dairy Free Apple and Sultana Granola. Hope everyone is having a relaxing start to their Sunday. I have family visiting today so I’ve currently got some bread baking in the oven for lunch time.
This recipe is just a little extra, I hadn’t planned on sharing it as I have a million recipes for granola on the site. Once I had made my breakfast of dairy free yoghurt, raspberries, blueberries and topped it with the granola I thought I would take a quick snap and share it.

Apple and Sultana Granola (Gluten Free, Dairy Free)
Pre-heat the oven to 150 oC
Heat the sugar, cinnamon, oil and honey in a small saucepan for about 3-5 minutes
Place the oats in a large bowl and pour over the mix from the saucepan
Stir well until oats are coated in the sugar mix
Spread out the oats on a large baking sheet covered by parchment paper and place in the oven for 15 minutes
Remove from the oven and stir the oats, return to the oven for another 10 minutes
Remove the granola from the oven and allow to cool, it will harden during cooling
Once cooled, stir through the chopped dried apple and sultanas and store in an airtight container
